What format do you want my art? Ideally "vector" art. That is art with a .ai or .eps extension. Confused? Just send us what you have! |
What is the lead time? Standard on most products is 2 weeks or less. We know who and what needs done to get it sooner if you need. Is 24-48 hours quick enough? We can do it. |
When do I get billed? You will be billed when your order ships. All prices quoted are in addition to shipping. Terms are net 30 but we would love to be paid sooner if you can. |
Do you accept credit cards? Yes - Visa, Mastercard and Amex. All prices quoted include a 3% cash or check discount that may not apply if you pay by credit card. |
Will I get a proof? Always - prior to anything going in to production we will send you a proof for your final approval. We promise. |
What if I need my logo modified? No problem. We can add, delete or modify your logo to best fit the your needs. |
Do you do screen printing? Absolutely - from orders as small as 12 to 12000. The quality and price will amaze you! |
Do you do embroidery? It is our specialty. We do all of it in house and have lots of experience. You will be impressed. |
What is the setup charge for? All logo's need to be converted in to a format to enable them to be imprinted on a product. Each company has different charges but it is usually per color and specific to the product being imprinted. Embroidery setup is one-time. |
Can you do PMS color match? Most suppliers enable us to match your specific PMS colors - for a slight charge of course. |
